About her[]
Cindy Lou Who is a character from the Dr. Seuss books. She was no older than two, has blonde hair, blue eyes & thick, wiry antennae. She first appears in the acclaimed Christmas parable "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!".
In the game[]
In Grinch Saw Game, she was being captured by Pigsaw and the only one who could save her was her best friend, the Grinch.
She was seen again, when Grinch came to her and untied her. She thanks him, but he didn't want her to do that, 'cause he was just passing by and didn't come to her rescue. She replied that even if he doesn't admit it, he is a good person now. He then changed the subject to telling her that she should invite him to a Christmas dinner and Cindy was thrilled to have him as a special guest at it.

- In the intro, she was seen tied up onto a chair, when Pigsaw showed her to the Grinch.
- She has the same resemblance to the one from the movie in 2000 - from the hair, the face, to her dress.
- She was still scared when Grinch came to her, but her cheerful face came back when she was free.
