About him[]
Chief Clarence "Clancy" Wiggum is the head of police of the Springfield Police Department. He is an extreme stereotype of a lazy police officer (copper). Chief Wiggum is morbidly obese, straightforwardly indecent, ignorant, incompetent, and lazy, with a fondness for doughnuts and "Chintzy Pop". While he pretentiously feigns authority, he has little regard for individual rights or even public safety. He is disturbingly uninformed and flaunts his power, albeit with good intentions most of the time. He has blue hair, a full officer suit and hat, and black shoes.

Chief Wiggum/Wigglum was sleeping in his office until Homer/Bobby played a tune with Mel/Mell's slide whistle. When Homer/Bobby said that he caught Snake/Blake, Wiggum/Wigglum said that they were looking for that 'low life' a long time ago and that the mayor will be pleased. As Homer/Bobby locks the criminal up, the key broke and it's shown that Wiggum/Wigglum was inside the cell also, and Snake/Blake could have a payback at him. Then Homer/Bobby said that that was an honest mistake; after all, he is human.
Trivia[]
- In Homer's game, he was seen the same as in the series.
- He admits that he did not sleep on duty the first time, as Homer/Bobby comments that the flute would even wake up Sleeping Beauty.
- If Homer/Bobby would go inside to wake up the chief, he would be shot directly, as Wiggum/Wigglum would say that he was dreaming he was Bruce Willis in "Die Hard".
- The police station was the same as in the series.
