Milo is Stanley Ipkiss's dog. He is a brown and white Jack Russell Terrier and he wears a chain collar. While wearing the Mask, however, his collar becomes a spiked-collar.

In Crazy Haunted House, he was seen released at the skeleton man as he ate him.
Trivia
- In Crazy Haunted House, he was picked up as a normal dog bellow the painting of the clown. Later then he was put up with the mask and turn into dog mask.
- In the game he had yellow eyes and red nose.
- When he ate the skeleton, in the attack, he was leaning on the wall with a big stumock and relieved.
- Chavo put the mask on the dog and then put him on the ground for to face the skeleton.
