About him[]

Erik is a curious man intrigued by the strange rumors about a suspicious scientist's laboratory and wants to know the rumors' credibility. He can also be reckless by trying to enter the latter's house without proper precaution, leading to the scientist easily finding and capturing him. He shows concern when he sees a person having a genetic mutation and is stunned when the mutation aggravates. He is also shocked and scared when the scientist mutates himself into a monster.

Unwanted Experiment[]

Erik heard the rumors surrounding a newly arrived scientist in Hidden Town. Interested in the rumors, he tries to get into the scientist's laboratory to see if they are true. However, the scientist has discovered and kidnapped him. As he wakes up tied in a chair and locked in a room, Erik rubs the rope against the bookshelf's leg to free himself. After, he goes to find a way to escape.

Later, after unlocking a padlock attached to a vision panel, he finds another man named Alex Lauren confined in a room who undergoes a genetic mutation. Alex explains to Erik about the former's disagreement with Dr. Freyer's experiments on genetic mutations and has planned to report him, but the scientist injected him with a mutant virus and locked him. Alex tells Erik to have the antidote and helps him know a password to help him find it. Erik creates the antidote and puts it on the dart to inject it into the almost mutated Alex. The two men begin to work together in order to get out of the basement.

When Erik finds a red key and unlocks the door to free Alex, the latter puts his hand on the fingerprint identification, which opens the exit door. Outside, he discovers Dr. Freyer knocking out his former colleague and drinking the mutant virus to prevent him from telling everyone his experiments.

In the bad ending, if the villager doesn't quickly inject the antidote into the monster, the doctor is going to kidnap him again and uses him as a new experimental subject for his genetic mutations.

In the good ending, the villager uses the dart with the antidote to inject it into the mutated scientist, returning him to his normal state and knocking him unconscious. Afterward, Erik and Alex report him and his crimes to the police, saving other people from potentially being victims of his madness.
