About him[]
Hellboy is the titular protagonist in the series with the same name, starring in many comics and novels as well as three live-action films. He is a defender of the human world against a variety of supernatural evils and has his origins near the end of WWII. Raised by a human, Hellboy considers himself more human than demon and for this reason defends them.
