Jasper Beardly is a resident of the Springfield Retirement Castle, and is often seen around Springfield. He is Abe Simpson's best friend.

He was seen protecting the front door with a paddle . After Homer took it from him and went inside, the old man was seen in the hallway.
Grandpa Simpson Saw Game[]
Jasper was sad due to having lost his paddle. When Abe returned it to him, Jasper was happy and lent him money (one dollar) in gratitude.

- In both games, he doesn't have his cane.
- When Homer took the paddle, the man turns on his right with his hands on his hips. Also when he was seen in the hallway, he was still in the same position.
