Game description[]

The evil Pigsaw has kidnapped Lady Gaga and is forcing her to play his well known twisted game. She will have to defeat the craziest villains in history in order to survive. Help her escape safely!

Walkthrough[]

Lady Gaga finds herself in a hotel after remembering that someone (most likely Pigface) kidnapped her after a concert. The TV turns on and Pigsaw appears- he says he's a psycho fan of her work and wants to play a game with her, where she has to defeat famous cartoon villains and find the exit to the hotel.

Defeat Fat Tony[]

Lady Gaga starts on the left side, where the only thing to do there is collect a container of sleeping pills. The next room is mostly filled with junk, boxes and a box of cigars on the high shelf; she can't reach it. So, she stacks two boxes and climbs up to grab the last cigar before going to the room behind it. Inside lies a bucket of paint which is brown like the floor, good for camouflaging items. There's also a cement mixer but it serves no purpose, as it's too heavy to lug around. The room has a vent, and on the other side is Fat Tony. He will smack her with his bat if she comes in, but one of his known weaknesses can defeat him. Tony loves to smoke, so Lady Gaga slips the cigar through the grate where he will smoke, then explode. Since he's now a skeleton, he can't harm Lady Gaga anymore. In his room, Lady Gaga picks up his bat, then finds a paintbrush under the chair.

Defeat Sideshow Bob and Kodos[]

North of the TV is a kitchen; filled with items used to make a pizza (dough, tomato sauce, cheese, ham, a rolling pin and a baking shovel). She also collects a banana and a thermos with hot water. She eats the banana, leaving the peel and painting it brown; then she heads to the T-intersection south of the TV. The left room has Kodos while the right has Sideshow Bob, whose shoes are big to step on anything; she enters the latter's room and places the brown banana peel on the floor when he's not looking. As soon as he sees Lady Gaga, he walks over and slips, dropping his knife in the process. She takes the knife and goes to the left, where Kodos is. Lady Gaga breaks Kodos' helmet with the baseball bat, causing her head to explode and making it safe to grab the water gun at the other side of the room. The next room has a picture of the Grinch and a gift box that Lady Gaga takes; she believes she could fit inside it.

Defeat the Mask[]

The Mask and his dog Milo are in the room right of the TV; though he's not a villain, Pigsaw gave him the job anyway. Before he blows his horn into her face, he wants something to eat. So, she decides to make him a pizza. She rolls out the dough, adds some tomato sauce, cuts up some ham and cheese before putting them on, then places it on the shovel and puts it in the oven. Knowing that the Mask would still attack her even after he's eaten, she adds a secret ingredient; somniferous. Lady Gaga puts the pizza into the box and gives it the Mask, who eats it and passes out. She takes his dog Milo and the mask from his face, causing his suit to disappear.

Defeat the Grinch[]

The Grinch is in the other side of the big room where the Mask is. Lady Gaga hides inside the gift box and heads to the other side of the room; she has a few seconds before the Grinch notices the present and sits on it. So, she creeps up to him and screams in his ear, causing him to get scared and jump out the window. The window closes and locks, so escaping out it isn't an option. Also, Lady Gaga will just say "MSG_ENGLISH" when interacting with it, but that's not important; she just came for the pair of boots.

Defeat the Penguin[]

The Penguin is behind the T-intersection where the Grinch's picture and the room with junk are; however, his room is made of ice and slipping on it will cause her to fall down the hole, right into the icy water. So, Lady Gaga puts on the boots and fills her water gun up with hot water from the thermos before entering the room. Using the gun, she creates another hole in the ice under the Penguin, who drops him umbrella and falls into the water instead. Lady Gaga takes his umbrella and removes the boots before proceeding.

Defeat Leatherface[]

Leatherface is in the room next to the kitchen; the only escape is out the window. Lady Gaga opens the Penguin's umbrella and uses it to float down like she's Mary Poppins, only to realize she's still in the hotel and not outside. If she heads back upstairs, she'll be behind Leatherface, so she uses the Mask's mask on Milo, turning him into the Dog Mask and he bites the villain's butt. Lady Gaga is now free to takes the magnifying glass in the corner before moving on.

Defeat the Joker[]

In the T-intersection south of the TV room, there is the Joker, inside a glass dome and waiting for the room to be filled with laughing gas. Lady Gaga has 5 minutes to solve a jigsaw puzzle and find the door's passcode on it in order to escape. Looking at the puzzle in the dark with the flashlight will reveal the door code, so doing that causes the laughing gas to build up inside the Joker's dome instead.

Defeat the Riddler[]

The Riddler will ask Lady Gaga what his cat's name is (or else he'll drop a question mark on her), but all she can think of are the names of famous cartoon dogs (Pluto, Scooby-Doo and Santa's Little Helper). Luckily, the puzzle she solved has the Riddler's cat and by looking at it with the magnifying glass, she's able to find its name: Fluffy. When Lady Gaga says the correct answer, a question mark will land on the Riddler instead, breaking the lever as well; she decides to use his lever as a bar.

Lock up the clown and escape[]

The exit door is in the room right behind Sideshow Bob's, but it's locked. Luckily, the key is in plain sight, in front a closet with eyeholes. Taking the key will result in an evil clown coming out and tying balloon to her. So, Lady Gaga blocks the door handles with the metal bar, preventing the clown from getting out. She unlocks the door and escapes, passing the Grinch (sticking out of a trashcan) and an old TV set. The TV turns on, with Pigsaw asking the player who the next victim should be.

The original game was supposed to be Lady Gaga Freaky Game but was changed to Lady Gaga Madhouse Escape (Lady Gaga: Escape from the Asylum) but finally changed to Lady Gaga Saw Game.
The villains were originally planned to be added from Hannibal, Edward Scissorhands, Marilyn Manson, Mr. Burns, Los Locos Addam/The Addams Family, Teletubbie, Dr. Malito and Mini Malito, The Invisible Man, The 3 Scrooges, and Madonna, but the Inka Team decided not to add them, possibly because they didn't want to get copyrighted by PBS/BBC/Ragdoll Productions and Rai Yo Yo for The Teletubbies, Fox for Edward Scissorhands, or Italia 1 for Mr. Burns.
- However, the Teletubbies were added to Charlie Sheen Saw Game, as well as Edward Scissorhands (as a helper) in Santa Claus Saw Game, as well as The Nutty Addams (as playable) in Wednesday Saw Trap, Marilyn Manson in Obama Resident Evil & Billie Zombie Attack (as a zombie), Madonna in Ariana Saw Game/Ariana Saw Trap and Mr. Burns in Homer & Marge's games.
Both Spanish and English versions have been released on the same date.
Sideshow Bob, Fat Tony and Kodos, despite them being from The Simpsons, first appear in this game.
This game has the least number of helpers.
This was MagicManMo's first Inkagames game he played, and he's known for asking the viewers if he's going to make a pizza anytime he sees a kitchen in the games.
The game, when we play as the victim, played Pigsaw theme music instead of the usual Touch Solemn one.
The cement mixer serves no purpose.
In the transition between scenes, Lady Gaga is seen wearing the boots she uses later, which is an error.
After defeating Sideshow Bob with the banana peel, Lady Gaga states that Bart would find the trick useful, a reference to Bart Saw Game 2.
On Inkagames, when hiding from the Grinch, the timer indicated you have at least 6 minutes. Also, Pigsaw has a voice when he speaks to Lady Gaga.
If you look closely at the very end, you can see what appears to the Grinch's legs sticking out of the trash can.
If you use the "mouth" option on Fat Tony's guns, Lady Gaga will say she's suicidal, when it should say she's not suicidal.
When interacting with the window in the Grinch's room, all Lady Gaga will say is "MSG_ENGLISH", which could be messages that didn't get to be translated into English.
The Paul poster and Joker are reused in Charlie Sheen Saw Game.
The Mask reappears in Ariana Saw Game/Ariana Saw Trap.
Lady Gaga becames as angel if she falls from window from top floor.
