About him[]
Milhouse Mussolini Van Houten is Bart Simpson's best friend. As the only child of Kirk and Luann Van Houten, Milhouse's most distinctive physical traits are his blue hair, big nose and extreme nearsightedness (depicted by very small eyes), requiring thick glasses to correct it. He has average intelligence but very poor social skills. Although devious in his own way, Milhouse is quite gullible, which is why he is often led into trouble by Bart, who is not shy about taking advantage of the other's naivete.
He wears a pink T-shirt, and orange pants as well as his shoes.

Lisa Saw Game[]
He was outside the house; Lisa asked if she could borrow his glasses, and he said she could if she gave him a kiss. So, she lets Santa's Little Helper lick his face and he gives her his glasses.
Bart Saw Game 2[]
He was in the first hallway without his glasses. After Bart gave him his glasses back, Milhouse gave him four wheels of Bart's skateboard, then Bart tricked Milhouse into thinking that there is a UFO above his head and took away his glasses, saying: "Finders Keepers".
Marge Saw Game[]
He is seen behind the school, watching the meteorite that just landed. While Marge is Lisa, she tells him to touch the meteorite, which gives his arm elastic powers. Later, in the Comic Shop's bathroom, he retrieves Tom Hank's Rolex from the toilet and the water takes his power away.
