The Ghost Case is the direct sequel of The Girl in the Window. A detective has been charge of investigating a case a long time ago.
Story[]
"20 years ago there was a horrible murder in Hidden Town, and the murderer was never caught. In recent days, detective Ren Larsen has received strange messages from the afterlife. Apparently the souls of the victims cannot rest in peace and want to be heard. They need the person responsible to pay for what he did. Ren has a bad feeling but decides to reopen the case and solve the mystery. Will he be able to find the murderer?"

- The names of the siblings that were murdered 20 years ago are revealed in this game.
- Frederic Nolsen murdered 3 people in the past and was convicted and executed in the electric chair, yet before execution he assured, that he will return after death to take revenge.
- Laia is revealed at the end of the game to be impersonated by the old witch from the previous game, Nowhere House.
- Laia's name was also on the bottle which contains a puppet, meaning that the real Laia is still trapped in it, as others are.
- Lenny Auris was the cemetery guardian who went crazy and is still in the madhouse after 20 years, due to what he saw in the cemetery and was still drawing the same symbol and other things and speaks in jibber-jabber.
